Con questa sentenza, ormai definitiva poiché non appellata dalla controparte, il Tribunale di Palermo ha condannato luna compagnia telefonica a risarcire un commercialista – assistito dall’avv. Massimo Sidoti, per il mancato riallaccio della ADSL a seguito di un distacco illegittimo.
La sentenza è interessante in quanto condanna ad un risarcimento pari all’indennizzo giornaliero dovuto, moltiplicato per il numero di giorni intercorrenti dal distacco alla pronuncia, ovvero oltre 25.000,00 euro.
